Santa’s Calling! is operated by Ayo Inc. These terms cover the website preview and live AI voice demo. The checkout is a demonstration, not a confirmed booking or a purchase.
Who may use the service
Booking must be handled by an adult parent or guardian with authority for every participating child and permission to use the supplied phone number. Stay with children during any conversation. Do not arrange prank calls or provide another person’s information without permission.
AI entertainment
Santa is an AI character, not a live actor. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unexpected. The experience is for entertainment, not professional advice, emergency assistance or a promise that a gift will be delivered. End the conversation if it becomes unsuitable.
Preview and planned pricing
The planned price is $5 per child with no subscription, including when children share a call. Two children would cost $10. Payments are disabled, the verification code is a demo only, and selecting a slot does not reserve availability. The final currency, taxes and total will be shown before payment when booking opens.
Scheduling and call length
The planned service uses 15-minute arrival slots in the selected time zone. Santa may call at any point during that slot. Calls are expected to last 2–5 minutes; the slot is not a promise of a 15-minute conversation. Matching child slots may be combined into a shared call.
Confirmation, recordings and consent
For the planned paid service, confirmation and calendar invitations will be issued only after successful payment, with recordings delivered afterward where recording has been agreed to. These features are not active in this preview. Call recordings will be kept for 30 days from the call date, after which they are scheduled for deletion; save your keepsake before then. Recording purposes and available choices will be disclosed before launch. See the Privacy Policy for the current status of demo-provider retention settings. Cancellations, missed calls and refunds
No payment is taken in this preview and no call is booked, so there is no purchase to cancel or refund. Cancellation, rescheduling, failed-call and refund rules will be provided before paid bookings open. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Giving back
Our stated commitment for the paid service is to donate $1 for every call to Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada. The amount is per call, not per child in a shared call. No donation is generated by exploring the checkout preview or using the free demo. The charity reference does not represent a claim of endorsement or partnership.
Acceptable use
Do not submit profanity, sexual content, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, prank requests or attempts to bypass safeguards. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or use it to impersonate another person. Content checks can block progression and are not a guarantee that every unsuitable entry will be detected.
Availability and your rights
Demo availability depends on internet access, your device and external providers. It may be interrupted or changed. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No arbitration requirement or waiver of statutory rights is imposed by these preview terms.
