Is this a real conversation with Santa?
It’s a personalized conversation with an AI Santa, designed around the details you share. It is not a live actor. Try the live voice demo above to hear him.
What can Santa talk about?
A Christmas wish, a favorite hobby, or a good deed are great starting points. Add their age so Santa can tailor the conversation. Share one or two cheerful details so the conversation feels personal.
Can I add more than one child?
Yes. Add each child’s name, age, gender, and a cheerful detail for Santa. It’s $5 per child. Choose one shared call for everyone or set a window for each child. Matching windows are combined into one call so Santa can speak to them together.
Will I receive a recording?
Yes. We’ll email a recording after each call so you can keep and replay the memory. You’ll confirm your agreement to recording during checkout. Recordings are kept for 30 days, so download yours to keep it.
What content is allowed?
Keep every name and description kind and child-friendly. Profanity, sexual content, threats, insults, and prank requests are not allowed. Flagged text blocks checkout until it is removed. Calls are for your own children, to your verified phone number.
Can I choose when Santa calls?
Yes. Choose a day and a 15-minute slot — morning, afternoon or evening — in your time zone during checkout. Santa can call anytime within that window. Calls last about 2–5 minutes per child. After payment, we’ll email the details and a calendar invite with a 15-minute reminder, and text you the day before and 30 minutes before.
What if we miss Santa’s call?
Santa tries up to three times in your window. If he still can’t get through, we’ll text and email you a link to pick a new time for free. Saving Santa’s number in your contacts helps your phone let him through.
Why do you need my phone number?
Santa will call the parent’s phone. Text verification helps confirm that the number belongs to you before checkout. Please stay with your child during the call.
How much does it cost?
$5 per child, whether they share a call or have separate calls. Two children cost $10; three cost $15. You pay in US dollars for a US number and Canadian dollars for a Canadian number. There is no subscription.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to change the time up to 2 hours before your window, or cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before.
What happens to the details I enter?
We use them only to personalize Santa’s call. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 30 days, and you can delete your data any time from your booking page. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
